Warranty Policy
Defective products may be returned for replacement. All warranty packages must be issued a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number fromEvolution Nutraceuticals, Inc and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred when returning the product.
Delivery Policy
- All items will be delivered by FedEx, UPS Ground,or USPS depending on the delivery location. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 day.
Product Returns
Evolution Nutraceuticals, Inc will gladly accept returns for items returned under the following guidelines:
- Contact Us You must contact us and let us know that you intend to return the product. Please call 1(800) 663-0158. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number.
- RGA Number Write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice.
